STEP 1: WE LISTEN. I mean REALLY LISTEN

We work across your organization and hold detailed interviews with sales, product, membership, events, or marketing teams to understand your business goals and gather the facts. From your executive leadership team to individual contributors, EMERJE works to get a clear picture of your existing strategies, performance, and results.

STEP 2: evaluate + analyze

We love this part. We really do. As a team, we then dig even deeper into what we think are the internal and external opportunities. We’ll also take a look at strengths and weaknesses but pay close attention to how we can optimize and monetize those opportunities. Once we do this, we can begin developing a solid strategic roadmap. This is super important.

step 3: it’s time for a timeline

Once the creative juices are flowing, we come up with a strategic plan and recommendations to meet your needs. We’ll also provide you with a timeline that tells you each step of the process which keeps clients and us on the same page.

This is the part of the process clients love—when they see the strategy come to life. Think of this step as the test drive that goes so well you wonder why you hadn’t purchased this car before.
